Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Kyoto-Denkiki LSC-C30A parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Giddings--Lewis parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Triad product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the NS12TS01V2 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M13027479R0 manufactured by Giddings--Lewis and we are pleased to be able to service most Giddings--Lewis systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MG360F20 by Manufacturer Triad as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Johnson-Controls Brand NUNCM300700 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Atlas-Capco such as LTD26SR00510 equipment made by Atlas-Capco have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Atlas-Capco products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Atlas-Capco" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available MB51P made by Accurate as well as the popular MCC545A original spares produced by Meteorcomm

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MACB110EK1A by Ormec and LTD26SR00510 spares by Atlas-Capco are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MIV1000E000H00C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge.
